NEW PROBE INTERFACES:

Capps now has interface capability with Renishaw's new probe heads, RTP20 and MH20i. Contact AAT for details.

CAPPS  PIPE & TUBE MEASUREMENT MODULE:

CAPPS now has a special measurement option for Pipe & Tubes. This new option allows the following capabilities:

•     Design Pipe/Tube using manufacturing YBC or XYZ data from scratch. No need for CAD models.
•     Visualize created model in 3D graphics. Save and edit data
•     Create automatic measurement routines
•     Align automatically using best-fit or directional methods.
•     Generate graphical measurement reports.

VALISYS INTERFACE:

Capps6 now has direct VALISYS interface for all CMMs. Any CMM now can be retrofitted to support state of the art CAD based software with CAPPS while still able to run any Valisys program. Contact AAT for more information.

NEW DIRECT CAD INTERFACES:

    Capps6 supports all new CAD native formats from many CAD systems:

•  Catia Version 4
•  Catia Version 5
•  Unigraphics
•  ProEngineer
•  Parasolid
•  AUTO-CAD

New updates are also available for the following CAD formats:

•  IGES
•  STEP
•  VDA

Temperature Compensation:

Capps6 now supports real time temperature compensation for part and Machine for up to 8 temperature sensors. Contact us for more information.
