Deva004 PCI Controller
Features:
The Deva PCI CMM Controller is designed to meet the demanding requirements of the
OEM and retro-t co-ordinate measuring machine market. This objective has been achieved
on a single PCI interface card which integrates digital IO, a Renishaw touch probe
interface and fully featured probe cycle library.
Incorporating high speed, closed loop axis control within the PC allows a highly
cost effective CMM solution. On board signal conditioning circuitry ensures high
precision, position measurement so that external probe conditioning equipment is
no longer needed.

Deva030 Servo Amplifier

Features:
The Deva 030 is a complete servo solution in a single enclosure.
It comprises 3 or 4 servo ampliers, motor power supply, machine logic supply ( 24Vdc
) and machine control logic with pendant connector.
With direct connections to the Deva 004 range of motion
control cards the Deva 030 is simple to install and supports both brushed and brushless
DC motors. Simple no-nonsense potentiometer based tuning further eases installation.
• Two ranges of tacho feedback allow a full speed tacho
voltage of 0.8v to 80v to be accepted.
• Potentiometer tuning for Loop Gain, Offset, Tacho Gain
and Current Limit makes tuning straight forward.
• Current limit function flashes fault LED at 80% to aid
setup.
• Built-in 24Vdc 1A power supply can provide power for external
switches proximity detectors and solenoids etc.
• Range of power supply options allow the system to be tailored
to the requirements in a cost effective and efficient manner.

and user function selection in one easy to operate device.
Feedback
of the machine status is clearly depicted through the use of color graphics on the
high resolution touch screen. The Windows PC control screen allows a user to navigate

tuning installation is further eased.
The Deva 031 color
touch screen joystick combines axes control, user status display and user function
selection in one easy to operate device.
This joystick is also a direct plug and play with the Deva 030 Servo Amplifier.
